Order Processing Times
Our orders are processed within 1-2 business days. During seasonal times like Black Friday and Back To School time order processing can take up to 5 business days. We appreciate your patience as we prepare your order.
Shipping Times
We ship from our warehouse in the United States. We currently only ship to the US.
Orders will arrive 7-10 business days once processed.

Shipping Costs
All orders shipped within the United States have a flat rate of $5.
Returns, exchanges, and cancellations
Full refunds and exchanges are offered for regularly priced merchandise within 14 days that tracking indicates an order has been delivered. Refunds will be returned to the original payment method used to make the purchase.

Materials must be in the original condition and in the original packaging.
Sale and discount items are not eligible for return or exchanges
If you would like to cancel or make changes to an order you are able to do so up to 3 hours after your order confirmation. Please contact us directly at 781-775-6687 so we can make these changes immediately. If your order ships and the changes have not been made, please return the unused items for a full refund.
We provide real-time tracking information for all our orders. If your order does not arrive by the estimated due date, please wait 48 hours before contacting us at 781-775-6687. We will do our best to locate the package and extend your timeframe for returns or exchanges. If your order should arrive damaged please take a photo and email it to info@BeeBotMats.Com We will send you a return label to ship the item back to us and we will send you a brand new order immediately.
